We were up in Houghton for Michigan Tech graduation ceremonies. My tire lights came and my tire pressure’s were low on the front wheels. I was there at 8:30 am on the day of the graduation. Being out of town, I was very worried about driving home. They were able to fix my tires and had my car waiting for me after the graduation was over. They were so nice and helpful. Excellent tire shop, I brought in a tire with a nail in it and they were able to dismount it, check whether it was patchable, and then mount one of my spares cheaply and extremely quickly! $22 for the mount/balance, $8 for the disposal – very happy!

Fantastic service – Lance the service writer was great to work with, and Craig the technician that worked on our truck was great. They left a hang tag remind us to recheck the torque after certain amount of miles. Love the attention to detail and safety. The waiting area was clean, good coffee and clean rest rooms. The service was efficient and friendly. We highly recommend. We travel full time and probably rotate tires and oil change more than most people – this shop earns the 5 stars!

My ac stopped working fall 24 Fine Line change the pump. Ac stopped working June 25. Fine Line diagnosed the condenser leaking. Brought it the dealership (Riverside in Marquette) I bought my truck from for rail dust issues and asked them to diagnose ac issue for 2nd opinion. Riverside told me my ac unit needed a recharge because Fine Line put the wrong refrigerant in it. None of that was true. Turns out after verifying with a 3rd mechanic it was pitted rust holes in the condenser lines leaking.

Bit pricey for a patch at $43.00, back home they charge $20 for same thing but I didn’t have to wait and they did a great job and beats being stranded on the roadside putting on a spare.

The body shop said a tire needed alignment and Fine Line did us a huge favor and took our car in Saturday morning and performed an alignment to make sure everything was good for the 9 hour drive. Great place. This place had amazing friendly fast service. I had a tire issue on my way back from Copper harbor MI. I was able to get a great deal on 4 new tires. We were running late and from time I arrived and left all 4 tires had been changed in under 30min. I was truly impressed at the quality and friendly staff. We got a nail in a tire on our tow vehicle. Fine line tire express made room for our trailer, and quickly repaired our tire. They offered free wifi and coffee while we waited. Price was fair, work was fast, everything was clean (even the customer washroom) and staff were all friendly. Given that they likely see a lot of people having a bad day, everyone was really nice.
